I am Scared of the "Mark of the Beast" and the Book of Revelations?

I feel like I am going crazy, I am dreaming of the book of revelations coming true and I can't get it off of my mind! I am scarred. I try to tell myself the Christianity isn't true so that I can live my life without fear.

Now the Gov is saying they are giving us the chip in 2009

What should I do, I feel like I am being haunted. Why would God be so mean to us?

And please don't say that the "true" Christians will be gone to heaven before this happens because there is no biblical proof to this.

The book of revelation is open to a lot of misinterpatation.
There is no chip inplant. That is like saying when you want support "give me a hand" or we can support a project in our mind. Like do you support the war effort? You are actually not doing anything but it is a mental support.
Many people misinterpet that.
Matthew 24:21 shows that the great tribulation breaks out and God cuts it short so the chosen can be saved.
If they were raptured out what difference would it make how long it took.
Revelation says that what throws us into the great tribulation is the down fall of Babylon the Great.
It is clear when you anylize it that it is talking about a kingdom that has power over the kings of the earth. What has that power, fornicates with governments, some call it in bed with politicans? Isn't it false religion?
soon the government will turn on false religion and destroy her. That throws us into the great tribulation. for get the chip.

Have not read about this chip in 2009 but fear not there will always be rumors like this latest one the end times @ 2012 no one would/should/could know for sure. God never meant anything in Revelations to be cruel, just a warning, so there really isn't anything to worry about especially since you already know some of the things to look for in this text. I could be wrong but there are things far worse, at least for me, than death. we are like these butterflies here crawling around and death is a cocoon when we exit into the next life with new better bodies. AMEN!

Calm down. No one is going to give you a chip. If the mark of the beast is a real concept, it's already here with our social security numbers and credit accounts. Maybe you should stay away from revelations for a while, until you can get yourself under control.

I too feared much about the future, and the book of Revelation until I read THE book that explains exactly what it means. I no longer fear what man will do.

In the book, John has shown us the stages and effects of human development when we are left to our own devices with complete control over our environment and actions. Our Father and Creator does not get angry as we prefer to think, or have been taught by false leaders and teachers.

John has led us to quite a different understanding of what is meant when we speak of the “the wrath of God,” which refers to His non-intervention in the affairs of humankind.


When we are undeserving, we are left to suffer the full effects of our self-imposed situations. He has taught us that when we do not live by the Royal Law, we do not receive the intervention or divine instruction from above through righteous and true prophets—the sun is darkened (no light or revelation is given) because of our wickedness. As a result of rejecting the prophets and killing them, the moon is turned into blood. This is the “wrath of God.” It is happening now, and will continue until Christ himself comes to the earth to teach what he has always taught: Do unto others what you would have them do unto you.

If you want to learn more, and feel the freedom of the truth, I suggest you read what John actually meant by the riddles and symbols he wrote. It is great.

Every thing in Revelations is true and is going to happen. Jesus Christ came to full fill prophecy and to pay the debt man owes for their sins. so we could be saved alive. No one is going to heaven, it is not in the Bible. If you read Revelations 21, it tells you that God is coming down with his Kingdom to be with His people here on earth.
Jesus Christ is coming back the second time, to save Man, before all man king is destroyed. When He comes the second time, all those that are in Christ will be changed (born again, Baptized with the Spirit of God, changed from immortal to mortal, they will no longer be flesh and blood,but Spirit being.. There is no reason to be afraid, if you believe in God and have faith in God, He is watching over you and nothing will happen to you You only have to repent of your sin and be Baptized. By the way God has nothing to do with the way the world is, it is all man,s doings, He is going to step in at the end, to stop man from completely destroying itself.

Well i'd tell you to be a Catholic, and choose against the ways of the world. And you'll be fine. Personally there's no reason even to have a bank account is there? I mean we are nto to store up our riches . .. poverty, chastity, and obedience and you know you are safe . .. after all if you've no money to protect it is easy to reject if someone forced you to have one in order to buy or sell. . .

Always choose JESUS and never choose the world.

I'm not saying one way or another on this, because i don't know. I'd look at the book of revelation in terms of the Gospels, and the Liturgy and the KINGDOM which is to come in the GLORY OF JESUS CHRIST. But wouldn't worry so much about the devil and the mark of the beast.

But do not be of the world nor store up your riches . .. and then you've nothing to lose . .. choose JESUS . ..

Christian Govts and Armies are fighting for the very system they profess to oppose.

The False Messiah will rise and become leader of Israel and the American resources are now at his full disposal.

The bankers are followers of the False Messiah and they will ensnare all the countries........ ESPECIALLY the high tech first world nations.

Third world nations will then be the most free to live in because "backward" will mean low tech and low tech will mean freedom from being controlled like lab rats.

The war on terror is the catalyst to bring about the system of the beast.

The system has already infiltrated and misguided the Christian Church.

The Christian armies and Govts are now in their hands.

The rapture is the opiate to fool the Christians into sitting back and ignoring what is going on..............

This stuff can be scary if you think about it too much, and I get really mad at Evangelicals and other Christians who dwell on this for reasons that have nothing to do with "saving" souls.

Try to think of it like you would a horror story or book. The apocolypse has been predicted for 2,000 years obviously God isn't in a hurry and we have no way of knowing for sure that this is the way things will end.

Try talking to your doctor about sleep medication. It's common to dream of things that concern you (whether you believe them or not)..

For years, I had nightmares that freddy kruger was coming to get me - now, I know while awake, this wasn't true... but while asleep, I had these horrible nightmares.

I would worry more about getting some help with sleeping medication than I would worry about god coming to kill everyone with a chip in them (which, by the way has never been clearly identified as 'the mark' the bible was referring to).

It's not our fault you haven't studied Revelation properly and come to understand that the true church of Jesus Christ will be raptured out of the world before the Tribulation. You have to discipline yourself.

If you find yourself on earth during the Tribulation then you obviously weren't truly saved anyway. But, you still can believe on Jesus Christ during that time. Just don't take the mark. God will give you grace and strength to endure those perilous times.
