I can barely even breathe through my nose!! It's getting frustrating. I've had a massive headache and this is after I've taken cold & sinus & allergy crap.

I'm getting sick of it, it's barely 10pm and I wanna sleep! What the hell do you do in this situation?

I suggest a hot shower to loosen the gunk in your head and then a trip to the doctor in the morning for some antibiotics. Oh, try sleeping in a sitting or reclining position. This puts less pressure on your sinuses. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.

Cold remedies really don't do anything for the cause of the problem, they just mask the symptoms. Check to see if you have a fever... you might have a sinus infection.
But first, try a salt water rinse. Mix up a solution of warm salt water and pour some into your hands. Gently sniff the water up into your nasal cavity until it starts to trickle down your throat.. I know it sounds yuck, but you will get the hang of it. it will clear out any allergens in your nose and sinus and give you a clear head. Do that a few times and at least when you go to bed. Don't drink orange juice and other acidic drinks that will aggravate the mucus membranes, plenty of water will do the trick.

Look for products that last for 12 or 24 hours. The Claritin-D is a good choice, and you can add Mucinex to help things drain. These products don't cause drowsiness in most people. If the over the counter meds don't help, a doc might prescribe Zyrtec_D or Allegre-D.

If you're sure it's the cause of allergies the best over the counter medication to use is Claritin-D. It has a decongestant in it that will really help! Don't by the regular Claritin...it's definitely not the same! It works for me.

Gawd,I don't know....I'd tell you if I did.

If vanilla or lavender scented shower gel, body wash..whatever,just take a hot shower with that,it'll help relax you.
Then turn all your lights off and go 2 sleep.

And I said I didn't know how to help you!!!
