I hear it is good to put some sort of bacteria killing stuff around the wound of the open zit after, is isopropyl alcohol a good one to use?

Sure, if you want to be wincing with pain for the next several minutes and raise your chances of scarring.
You don't want to be killing all the germs in the area because some germs HELP quicken the healing. Longer healing means bigger risk of scars.
Use an anti-bacterial soap. This will help reduce any infections from your popped zits without doing more damage to the skin than necessary.

NEVER EVER pop, pick or squeeze pimples. EVER.

It makes the pimple much worse and it takes longer to heal;
It spreads the bacteria (even if you put alcohol on it);
And it causes permanent scars. Permanent.
Alcohol is not a good thing to put on acne. It dries the skin up too much and makes the acne worse.

Go to the store and buy acne medication. Something made for acne only. Put it on the pimple(s) without popping, squeezing or picking them.

Yes, it should help to keep it from getting infecteed. But you need to be very careful and gentle if you are going to squeeze zits or you will end up scarring yourself. It is probably better to use one of the acne creams they sell now.

yes it would work really well and it would also help dry out the area too so it will heal faster. Now if your skin is very sensitive or if it is already dry don't use it. It could make you break out more.
