After applying a burgundy brown hair rinse, what do i need to do to my eyebrows?

they are black do i apply a rinse also or creme bleach and are those permanent when applied to the eyebrows? im clueless any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

you don't have to color your eyebrows.
i would leave them be.
if you really want them colored go to a salon so the results look finished. not saying you will ooops them but better safe than sorry
