My favorite is to take frozen fruit and blenderize it with skim milk. (About 2/3 cup fruit and fill the cup up with the milk.) A little non-fat yogurt makes it more like a milkshake but then I add a little sweetener. About 100 calories a cup.

Yeah, go to the store and buy some light whipped topping and some low-cal graham crackers.
Make sandwiches out of them and freeze them.
Yum!
And not that bad for you!

Take low-fat graham crackers and put fat-free cool-whip in between two of them and freeze. In about an hour you will have a great snack.
