There is no way for anyone but your doctor to tell you if you are depressed and that is only after seeing you. I say go to your doctor especially if you have had these symptoms before or you are thinking about suicide. Symptoms for each person with depression is way different. But i do know that I have been there. The best thing i think you can go and do is go and see a doctor even your primary care provider.

I know exactly what you are going through. I kept telling my parents that I was depressed. I knew that something was horribly wrong. I would have these really bad mood swings, and it wasn't because of pregnancy. I wasn't pregnant. I was an overemotional wreck. I had no drive or ambition. I sought the help of a psychologist. My church counselor recommended somebody, and it turned out that I was suffering from clinical depression. I am a million times better. Sometimes I still have my down days, but that's to be expected. It helps to be able to confide in somebody. Keeping your emotions and feelings bottled up is detrimental to your health and overall mental state. I hope my advice helps. If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask.

well, if you always feel sad , or tired , then you might be clinically depressed, but i mean like ALWAYS tired, even after having a good nights sleep, and sad always like to the point where you dont even wanna do the things that are fun, if you distance yourself from others, is another sign, and excessive boredom, yeah kinda different but its a sign. my best advice would be go to a shrink , and like ask him/her, if they think that you are clinically depressed, i mean they are the ones that tell if you are.

It sucks. Sounds like you are. I had been myself and have a BS in Psychology. See your primary care Dr. Try to get referred, but if you don't want that any Dr can prescribe anti-depressants.
