If he's going to the vet in the morning just offer him water. Let his stomach settle. Is he acting sick or just throwing up the watery stuff? My chi does this every so often when she's "overstimulated".
Wait and see what the vet has to say. Unless the vet suggested it, don't give people medicine to dogs.

Your main concern has to be dehydration and hypoglcemia.
You can try Pepto Bismol to settle the stomach: http://www.peteducation.com/article.cfm?cls=0&cat=1459&articleid=1456 I never give human medication though.
You must make sure he does not dehydrate. I see people are thumbs downing th e Pedialite,(sp) but that CAN be given to dogs safely and WILL help keep him hydrated. Only the plain not flavored.
Rub Neutical or honey on the gums every couple of hours (more often if seems weak. ) Weakness is a sign of hypoglycemia in which case you need to get him to the vet right away. He would not live until the morning if he became hypoglycemic.
You can read about hypoglyecmia here: http://www.dummies.com/WileyCDA/DummiesArticle/id-2062,subcat-PETS.html
I myself almost lost a Chi this past Thursday to hypoglycemia after surgery, and I know all the symptoms and how to treat it. It can hit so very suddenly. You need to watch him all the time until he's holding down food. That means over night if he's still throwing up/not eating.
I really would take him to the vet tonight whatever the cost seeing as he has been doing this for so long. Thankfully he's not a tiny Chi like my Snickers or he would be in bad way by now. You must keep watching him.
Good luck!

My vet prescribed Pepcid AC the last time one of mine had a stomach bug but I don't remember the dosage. pedialyte in tiny amounts frequently as opposed to a lot at once, may help with dehydration if you get the vomiting under control. But do see the vet if it doesn't clear up by morning.

Don't give him anything. Treatment for a vomiting dog involves letting the GI rest--no food for at least 6-12 hours. Water can be given after a few hours if no vomiting. Best to wait until the vet visit, as anything orally at this point is going to stimulate vomiting. And don't give him aspirin...if he already has an irritated GI system, this will make it worse.

My vet told me that he is probably overeating or drinking and to watch the intake of food and water. Also he could be choked or dehydrated. At the back of his neck grap the skin and pull it upwards and see how fast it goes back. If it is super slow then he probably needs water and you might need to force some down his throat. This has happened many times with my oldest Chihuahua. Don't give him any human medication because it's not good for them.

Stop feeding him for 24 hours, and give him a child's dose of Kaopectate to help soothe his tummy. Make sure he has plenty of water available to him (and give him some Gatorade ro Pedialyte if you have it).
Take his temperature and make sure he isn't running a fever (anything over 102 is not good). If he's running a fever, you can give him 1/4 of a buffered aspirin. (No Tylenol; aspirin only).
That will hold him until you can get him to the vet on Monday.

Gatorade and water.
After stopping vomiting, give him water and small amount of food while watching the progress.
carry on for few days, may save you a vet trip.

the problem you are going to encounter is dehydration. with hold all fluids and food. every time it vomits it losses more than it took in. You need to go to a vet now. longer you wait the more its gonna cost you.

don't give him anything...the best thing to do is let him empty his stomach. Watch for diarrhea and a fever. But he should be ok
