I have not eaten a single thing in two days. My sister says that I am going to end up killing myself, but I just haven't been hungry at all.

And I am not doing this to lose weight. Like I said, not hungry.

Depending on body fat, metabolism, activity levels, people have gone as long as 2 weeks without food.

I wouldn't advise that however, and I wouldn't go more than another day without eating. Your body will start to cannibalize itself, you will lose muscle, as the body requires protein to function. Bad, bad way to lose weight.

At least you should eat some cottage cheese, or some other easily digested protein.

A person can last about 35 days without any food, but this is without any real exercising and for about the last 15 days the person is burning their muscels (not healthy) then you look like the starving people in Africa do. But anyways, 2 days won't hurt but don't make it a habit. Try to eat a peice of fruit tonight. If you keep feeling like this I would go see a doctor just to check.

you are because the longest u can live is 2-3 days. then your body goes into starvation mode which is your body taking the energy stored in your body to make fat so u can survive. and then if u dont eat for a while then u will barely be hungry and when u are u just might throw it back up because your body isnt used to it. its anorexia.

Unless you are diabetic, hypoglycemic, etc. 2 days won't come anywhere close to killing you. Not eating at all to lose weight is a very bad idea , but if you feel sick, at least try eating soup or something.

well you see all the anorexic people in the world not eat for a long time, 2 days isnt going to kill you, but you should eat a little something even if your not that hungry. its good for you. so eat something. thx

I have always heard that three weeks is about the limit. This goes along with the common "rule of 3's" limits, three minutes without air, three days without water, and three weeks without food
