It's Marine CORPS, not Marine CORE.

I never heard of the Marine CORE! and neither did anyone who has been in the Marines

Sometimes God is far from us. Not because He wants to be but because we push Him away. Sometimes we don't always feel as close to God as we may like but they can and WILL change. Keep praying to God to reach out to you and that you can reach out to Him. Pray they you will feel this arms wrapped around you and that you can have peace in your life. I believe that you are a good person and God loves you so much and Jesus died for you! Don't let the devil make you believe that you are not close to God. Don't allow him to make you think that you are a bad person and their is no way to be close or forgiven by God. God has forgiven you, now forgive yourself and move on. Everyone has sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God but that is what Jesus is for, when we fall short, Jesus intervenes and carries us through. Take some time every day and pray and sing and praise God. Ask Him to allow you to have faith and feel closer to Him. God answered prayers always at the right time. Keep the Faith and Kepp Holding on! God will see you through! In Christian Love
