Here's a good recipe:

"Monster Cookies"

3 eggs
1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 12-ounce jar creamy peanut butter
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup multi-colored chocolate candies -optional
1/2 cup chocolate chips-optional
1/4 cup raisins- optional
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal (not instant)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or nonstick baking mats.
In a very large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter. Mix well. Stir in the chocolate candies, chocolate chips, raisins, if using, baking soda, and oatmeal. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over bake. Let stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool. When cool, store in large resealable plastic bags.

INGREDIENTS

* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
* 1 1/4 cups white sugar
* 1 cup butter, softened
* 3 eggs
* 1 cup creamy peanut butter
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda, and salt. Mix well with a wire whisk set aside.
3. In a large bowl, blend sugars, using an electric mixer set at medium speed. Add butter, and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping the sides of the bowl. Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla and mix at medium speed until light and fluffy.
4. Add the flour mixture and mix at low speed until just mixed.
5. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. With a wet fork gently press cookies in a crisscrossed pattern. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until slightly brown along edges.

You also need flour... Here's my recipe - Yummy

1/2 cup butter - 1 stick
1/2 cup peanut butter - I prefer creamy
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 cup unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375*. Cream butter and peanut butter with mixer; blend in sugars and add egg. Gradually add in dry ingredients and add vanilla.
Shape into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Press down with a fork in criss-cross pattern. Bake 10-13 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Enjoy!

No, you will need flour, salt and baking soda too. Baking is pretty much an exact science. You will need a recipe (or for a better term a "formula") with exact measurements.
