The computers each have a different set of codecs installed. Odds are, neither has the correct codects for both the video and audio stream installed. Try to find out what codec was used to encode the mpeg file, and then install it on those computers.

Check audio settings and the default movie player (should be media player anyway) on both pc's - this may help

the codecs are probably different on each computer tha might be the rpoblem you are having
