Does anybody know a good graphics program I can download? I want things like brushes and blogs and other cool things to edit some pictures.

I use one called GIMP it is very much like PhotoShop and is free.

Try GIMP. It was designed to be a free replacement to photoshop I believe and is very full featured. Check it out at http://www.gimp.org/.
