15 pounds in three weeks? Sounds borderline impossible without starving yourself (especially since you're so young).
Let's think about this mathematically.

Most women burn about 1,800 calories a day. So on a normal 2,000-calorie diet, a person needs to burn onle 200 calories a day (about 30 minutes of excercise).
So there's some basic info.
Here's something else:
It takes about 3,000 (or more) unburned calories for a person to gain ONE pound. That means you need to burn 3,000+ calories to LOST a pound.

So let's say you eat 2,000 calories a day and then excercise off the other 200 your body doesn't burn naturally. That means you need to burn about 430 MORE calories a DAY to lose a single pound every week. . . . And you need to lose 5 pounds a week. . .

Of course the calorie-burning isn't the only factor, but I just thought I'd throw that in.

Here's a good site on losing weight, though: http://www.fda.gov/opacom/lowlit/weightls.html

You should only lose about 2 lbs. a week. Loseing 5 lbs a week is unhealthy.

Please call your doctor and ask what is safe, you may be old enough to get some weight loss supplement from a gnc store but, you need to check around first
