I had an idea, and I planned it found benifits and it was something connvinient for people adults and kids
I am dissapointed cause I saw a comercial exactly what I had planed it was on TV I had also submitted it with Davison Invention Help and everthing was going great but I don't want people to think that I am just coping their Idea. I thought of this about 2 years ago. Thank you

I don't mean to sound cheap but I thought that the website that would help people that had their ideas stolen would again help the person to submit their idea

You will not be able to accomplish anything unless you go to an attorney. And maybe you can afford one. Many attorneys and law firms offer free consultations to decide if you have enough evidence to present a strong case. If they decide to take the case, they would be paid a portion of the settlement. If they don't win a settlement, they don't get paid - so they only take cases that they are likely to win.

You need to get an attorney. Specifically an "intellectual property" attorney. Good luck- I hope it all works out for you.

I agree with the personwho said attorney and this link takes to one. You can google for patent attorney and find a lot more!
