It could be a few things. I suggest just getting the RIGHT amount of sleep, not too much or too little and see if they start to go away. You can rule out stress since that brings on headaches along with staring into a computer and TV for too long. As for sun, heat, and exercise too much of it can be bad for you and cause headaches. Try limiting your time to these things and see if the headaches go away. If not inform your parents, which you should do now if you haven't already and schedule a doctor's appointment. If it's something more serious it's better to find out sooner rather than later.

You posted this same question last week and the answer is the same. The most likely cause is migraine; migraine often causes nausea and dizziness and can be triggered by changes in sleep, sun, heat, fatigue, hormones etc etc.

But many, many, many other things including stress, depression, anemia, thyroid disorders, diabetes, heart problems, blood pressure problems, brain blood vessel leaking, kidney problems and yes brain tumour could also cause headaches.

Please ask your parents to make a doctor's appointment for you to find out what is causing your headaches.

no way to tell just based on your symptoms. would need actual TESTING.

but none of that screams "tumor" to me...pretty unlikely.
