Even if the Vatican werent an independent state , the Pope would still be allowed , like there is a Pope Shonoda in Egypt (Coptic Orthodox Eastern church , Pope of Africa or something)

Yes. The Vatican is a country all in its own. Italy doesn't own the Vatican.

No...the Muslims don't care if the Vatican is a state all its own or not. They don't respect Christianity. They would kill the pope in the name of Allah and Jihad

The Muslims sacked Rome in 1527 but they didn't want it. They were after the spoil, and took all the gold and jewels they could find.

I believe the Vatican has it's own sovereignty therefore unless it was overrun, yes, He could stay.
