I have a software program that I'd like to distrubte on CD. It doesn't completely fill the cd, and so people wtih the correct equipment could burn new stuff on to it. Is there a way to lock the CD or fill up the rest of it so that nothing new can be added to it?

I'm using the windows integrated burner. (where you put the cd in and it asks what you want to do then opens the folder to the cd and you drag and drop and burn) I don't see an option to burn as a single session.

You don't need to. As long as you burn it as a "single-session" CD, then no one could possibly add to it.
