What should I call my cousin's daughter?

Is she considered my cousin? I am so confused. Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Please no rude comments.

Yes she is considered your cousin. Normally people label cousins as first, second or third. So if shes your cousin's daughter than she is your second cousin, or you can just say my cousins daughter. Either way is okay and is really not considered offensive. If she's old enough to talk ask her what would she like to call you.

For example: Auntie...
Cousin.....(followed by your name)
or a cute nick name

Actually, it's not your second cousin. Your second cousin is the child of your parent's cousin. The child of your first cousin is your first cousin once removed. The wikipedia article on cousins has a helpful chart.

She is your second cousin. I usually just call my second cousin's "cousin".....because you're right it can be confusing so why complicate it with the whole "2nd cousin" or "first cousin once removed" or whatever. If you are introducing her to someone you could say "this is Amy, my cousin Jane's daughter."

I just call them my nieces and nephews. I am close enough to feel like a sibling to my first cousins. They call me auntie as well.
