I know this sounds cheap but how do you do the rave diet.?
I'm 12 130 somthin excirsise every day started my period and need help.
I think i gained some weight because i started puberty oh i'm like 4ft 11".
My dad won't let me do the rave dietand i wan't to do it.
So what are the specifications for the rave diet.
What do i have to do?
Please help.

ur 12 and want to diet? is that right? OMG im 15 and beleive me, i know that ur probably coming out of ur akward stage and are going to start the whole typical " im fat" thing, but for your height u are super thin so dont even worry about ur weight, as a matter of fact- eat a cookie!

My advice is to go as vegan as possible for you
(avoid anything that comes from animals, this includes dairy)
instead eat mock meats, soy/tofu, lentils, beans, seeds
rice dream or soy milk (I recommend vanilla

eat alot of raw and cooked veggies and some fruits (citrus and blueberries are best for you)

avoid "bad" oils and fried fastfoods
for foods cooked in olive oil

avoid too much juice one glass day or 2 cups is good

avoid bleached/starchy foods like white rice and white bread
for whole grains and brown rice

avoid sodas (including Diet!) and sugar/corn syrup
for Stevia and xylitol,
NOT splenda/sucralose, sachrine, aspartame

drink a lot of water (a lot of the time when you think you are hungry you are actually dehydrated)

take a good quality multi vitamin (watch b vitimins)
and get at least 15 minutes of sunshine (for vitimin D)
I can't stress this enough!

take flax seed oil

eat grapefruit, lemons, kaishi puffs (with 0 sugar)
drink green tea and herbal tea (without sugar) I recommend Yogi tea ginger lemon, it tastes great without any sweetener at all

quaker rice cakes are also good and made from brownrice

100% all fruit brand blueberry jam is great

and light exercise and yoga
is good for you too

Never heard of it - unless you mean taking hits of Ecstasy, and dancing your @$$ off all night long ;););)

Unfortunately - at 12, there is very LITTLE you can do about dieting. Your body is going through some RADICAL changes, and any diet pill is just going to throw your whole system out of whack...

uhh you clearly rave to techno until you burn all your weight off! actually no, i have no idea what the rave diet is.. just keep exercising and avoid over-eating.. you dont need the rave diet to lose weight, believe me. you'll end up growing too so you'll lose it naturally if you keep up your exercise and proper eating.

why are you dieting? you are far too young. i am the same height you are but i am older and i do actually need to diet. give your body time to shed the weight on its own.
