I keep doing stupid things, bumping into stuff, dropping things, stuff like that. I had a little head ache a couple times but I don't think that has anything to do with it. I'm always a little disoriented, but not like I've been these past few days. What should I do?

Take these into consideration -
The heat
your sleep
amount you're eating and when
your physical health
your emotional health and relationships
stressors - unusual pressures or time limits
is your living and working situation stable?
Have you fallen recently, been knocked down, or been in a car accident? roller coaster?

If you have identified one or more of these that has happened in the past week or so, there's your answer.
Give it some time, and get your life back into balance.

The first thing you need to do is to see a doctor and make sure that the reasons you've been feeling so disoriented aren't stemming from something wrong with you biologically. After you've cleared that up, your doc can point you in the right direction for anything else you need to do.

If you keep feeling a little disoriented I think it's best to seek the advice of a physician. It's better to be safe then sorry. You never know a simple headache could of meant something. Hopefully it's nothing @ all, but for safety reasons , please be checked.

The best thing you can do, is talk to a doctor. don't settle for ideas from this site. It may be something simple, but then again, some of those symptoms you listed can be other nastier things.
