I'm starting to eat healthy. My father is paranoid, so is my stepmom- blahblahblah. So.... I need some good-tasting, low calorie recipes that i can take to school or make after school. Please help me. I'm getting annoyed hearing- that's too high-cal" "You need to eat less." "Stop eating all that candy!"
I have a sweet tooth, btw.

try eating more salads with broiled or baked chicken on them.lots of fruits and veggies, if you like grapes freeze them it crystallizes the sugar in them and they taste so much sweeter, like eating little Popsicles

For the sweet tooth, which is permanently lodged in my mouth as well, try looking for a recipe for oatmeal-chocolate chip cookies, or anything baked with oatmeal, like breakfast bars with fruit and nuts.

Also, if you go to foodnetwork.com and search chicken, salad, low-calorie, or anything that you are interested in, or even just wander around the site, yo should be able to find something.
