It will if you can try eating Subway skip the chips and drink. Drink water instead.
Or try making your own lunch(but make it healthy)

People who have elevated cholesterol levels and high blood pressure have it from years of poor eating habits. But, exercise and a proper diet can lower that for many.
Now this being said, fast food isn't good at all. Especially if you are eating it every day. If you are unable to pack a lunch, I would suggest getting something lighter from the fast food joints. Many restaurants have been trying to combate the Subway craze (always a good option) by offering chicken sandwiches instead of burgers, and alternatives sides. If you have to eat fast food, go for a grilled chicken sandwich (not fried!!!) or a salad. Instead of getting fries, get a baked potato (Wendy's) or fruit (Wendy's and McDonalds) or chili (Wendy's). French fries are very high in trans fat which is the primary cause of elevated cholesterol. Also, go for diet soda (0 calories) instead of regular, or drink water. Don't get juice. They only contain about 10% of actually fruit juice, and the rest is sugar.
Remember...it's not where you eat, it's what you eat. Be smart about your choices, and you'll be fine.

Yes,
It will. Rent the movie "Supersize Me" They show the effects of eating nothing but McDonalds for a month-scary!
Can you pack a sandwich or bring some healthy snacks from home? How about eating out only once a week?

Yes, it will. Cholesterol doesn't care if you are fat or skinny. If you have to eat fast food, choose the healthier foods like chicken instead of beef. pass on the fries and get salad. pass on the soda and drink water. You need to be more heart healthy.

It could cause problems later on. Try to pick healthier fast food choices (salads, no mayo, skip the bun, get grilled chicken, etc.). The combo of high carb and high fat in most fast food is what clogs your arteries.
