Need Answers Fast, About to take a pill.?

Will Omega 3 suplement pills ( Fish Oil Pills ) Help clear up my skin. If so how many should I take and how often?

yes my brother and my mom have been takking them and their skin cleared up right away. i think they are both taking too. stick with the pills not the liquid. the liquid almost made me puke.

For your skin, there's something even better...and the reason why I say this is even though fish oil (salmon oil) is great, the smell does come out in your sweat and makes it smell even worse, but if you're going to take fish oil, make sure you specifically take Salmon oil (only) because it's the best one.
But here is what I suggest:
Do a good 3 month dose of Evening Primrose Oil which is specific to skin 3 x day, zinc 50mg 1 x day and Silicea (the gel form) 30ml's a day with juice.
Drink 2 ltrs of water a day, sleep 7-8 hrs a night, exercise 45mins 4-5 times a week....
No fried foods, no junk food, no processed foods and no carbonated fizzy drinks...
and you will be glowling! x

Yes it will help, make sure you drink lots of water! Acne is an internal thing. And also you might wanna try 100% rose hip seed oil, this has omega 6 in it and it was the only thing that topicaly cleared my skin.

I thought they were just to keep you from getting bone deterioration. Anyway it wont hurt if you take it, Ive taken the gell packets before. And they prolly are a lot tastier and easier to take then your pills you should look into them.
