Well me and boyfrieed has been together for 1 year but thing has changed! I mean I don't feel the same about him anymore. I hardly ever answers his phone becuase he never has nothing to talk about anymore. We bearly see each other because I work all the time and he doesn't have a job. He's still in school. I'm to the point where I'm always flirting with other guys. But I have never cheated on him! About three days ago he siad he thought it was over because he didn't hear from me for about 3 weeks!I'm just so confused because I don't want to hurt him because he says he loves me...

You need to end this and do it face to face. What you have done by not returning his phone calls for three weeks is not a fair thing to do to him. You are worried about hurting him WELL HECK, the poor guy had no clue why you wouldn't talk to him for three weeks. So you hurt him already ... just tell him its over so he can move on with his life.

Well, you need to sit down and talk things out. Everything you said in your question you should mention to him. You will only get out what you put in. That goes for both sides. Of course do not force a relationship that does not work either. It is harder to walk away from a one year relationship if things do not work than a two year one.
