Are you serious? Of course. As long as you can still take care of it and keep it hydrated, like you're supposed to. Other than that, there's no law about having tattoos.

Actually you cannot travel with a new tattoo ... you have to take it off and then put it back on when you get home..
Seriously..... you shouldnt have any problems... event though it is not mentioned on your passport.
The only thing to watch for is no swimming etc ...

Infection worries do multiply in some countries, Take extra precautions, use antibiotic creams, stay out of the water, don't let the tattoo site contact the fround, Sleep with it covered (some coutries don't launder bedclothes each time a guest leaves).

If the tattoo is a picture of Mohammad I would avoid Saudi Arabia and surrounding countries...=)

as long as your not going to swim your fine.. and try to keep it out of the sun so it wont fade to fast
