PLEASE DONT THINK IM COCKY! im not at all. I dont understand why boys.....?

Okay. Im not trying to be cocky so please dont take it that way. All of my guy friends wont stop saying how hott i am and how they want to be in my pants. I am very "well" known at my school, and there are lots of boys who want to date me. But the thing is im prude, and nobody knows that. I have never kissed a boy in my life. All the boys think im like always getting some, but i dont. Why is that? Why do they think the popular pretty girl is a slut? I cant get over the fact that im prude! Please help me!

Your looks has something to do with the way you are perceived by boys because #1, they're boys at an age with raging hormones.

You are very "well" known at your school how? How you talk and act should be included in your question to get a more accurate answer.

As judgemental as it sounds, it's probably the people you hang around with. Ever heard the saying "Guilty by association"? I'm not saying that your friends are doing that stuff, but if they are, that's probably why you're having this problem. Even if your friends talk about doing "stuff", people are still going to think that the whole group does that.

And if your "friends" keep saying they want to get into your pants, that's probably the only reason why they are your friends in the first place. True friends would never say that to your face-they will like you for your personality and heart, not for your body.

I know this sounds like I'm bashing your friends, but I don't know who they are-I'm just taking a guess about the whole situation. My best advice would be to stay true to yourself and don't go against anything that you believe. Don't let ANYONE push you into doing something you feel in your heart isn't right. Make sure that your first kiss is with the right person and that they don't pressure you into doing it-it will be one of the things you'll want to remember for the rest of your life. :-)

Well, Do not fear I do not think your are cocky. My first suggestion is maybe dress a little different. Nothing tight or short (not that I am saying you do or you dress inappropriately). Guys see things no matter how you dress, just keep an eye on your clothes. The second thing and probably the most important...let them know you are not dating anyone or have dated anyone. Do not let them lead themselves on to you having many boyfriends or dates. If you feel comfortable let them know you are a virgin. I had no problem letting classmates that I was going to wait til marriage. The last thing is hold on to it, your virginity. It is the most precious thing you can have and give to your future husband.

Good for you. If they say there trying to get itno your pants, you should slap them in the face, no reason that you should have had sex by now. Quite the oppisate I think. Waiting for marage is far more romantic and a much bigger show of love then "if you love me you will" or "hay, get in my pants"

I get the same thing...I've only had one boyfriend in my life and all we shared was a peck on the lips but I'm more developed than other girls and guy automatically asume that if you look like that your a hooker and thats not the case...I feel your pain =[
