I am 4'61/2" tall and i work out 4 hours a day 4 days a week, i want to grow more, and i think i'm not growing very much because i do not get very much protien. I eat about 40g of protien a day, is that enough? or do i need more? if so, how much?

Daily protein intake should be 0.5-1g per every pound of your body weight (e.g. if you weight 150lbs then you should get 75-150g of protein every day)
if you are trying to gain muscle cut work out time - less is more - there is no point of spending more than 2 hours at the gym.

The minimum a person needs is
total body weight x .6 (point 6) = grams per day
Bodybuilders need more, up to 1 gram per pound of body weight.
