is there any way to make these go away without surgery like home treatment!? because i feel like cutting them off

The problem with cutting off an over active scar, is you usually end up getting a larger one in it's place. You can try cutting them off, but it would probably be a better idea to go to a professional than to do it yourself.

I've seen people do some silly things trying to get rid of the "at home". It rarely works, and most times maeks the scars worse. You're gonna need to talk to a dermatoligist, and yes, there are things they can do to help. from laser to special lotions. Don't give up yet. And don't do something silly either.
