make a list of all the things you need to do tomorow, so you wont forget and you dont rack your brain at the last minute trying to remember. right down everything from the order you will do them. people to call, things to check on, etc...
go to bed real early, set the alarm and take a sleeping pill b/c you wont be able to sleep tonight at all. its just the anxiousness of a wonderful thing happening. Congrats and enjoy. be well rested.

i agree with the idea to make a list of everything, then you dont have to keep it swirling in your head. set your alarm early so you can just enjoy the quiet of your special day. but for heavens sakes, dont dont dont take a sleeping pill or any other pills!!!!! that would be the worst thingin the world, you would not be able to wake up tomorrow. promise me you wont do that. if you lie there tonight, that is perfectly okay! your spirit and your consciousness are just thinking, and it is okay!!!! if you dont get to sleep right away. you wil sleep eventually. i know what you mean about taking an internet break! haha. so about nerves, know what nerves are? nerves are the fact that you are excited and you care. and that is appropriate and natural and part of the excitement. nerves are good! your wedding will be classy, and memorable, and charming, and delightful, and happy. i am happy for you.

i'm a bit young to answer this question.. but i thought i'd try and say a few things to help!
i'm happy for you! it's very difficult to find someone you're prepared to spend the rest of your life with. any doubts you may have is natural. marriage is a sacred ritual, and people should only get married when they're serious! you may be a bit nervous about marriage, a little unsure, but you must want it, right?
this is your time! you're going to be married! be happy, and i can't exactly say "don't worry", because you will of course, but if you're still nervous, maybe you could call a close friend or family member! i'm sure he/she would be willing to listen to you and know you well enough to know how to calm you down.

I remember feeling that same way when I got married. I had a checklist so I went over it one more time. I checked to see that everything I needed was laid out and ready. My sister had given me some soothing bubble bath so I soaked in the tub which really helped because that made it easier to get to sleep.
Have a wonderful wedding!!

I just tried to play the ideal wedding out in my head while I was falling asleep...and I put in Father of the Bride and fell asleep to that...it relaxed me, focused me on something other than my nerves...and I told everyone to stay at least 20 feet away from my bedroom until the second it was time for me to wake up! lol Good luck!

I fully agree that you should go to bed 8 hours before you need to get up, and take a sleeping pill. I could not sleep the night before my wedding, and was so tired the next day! It will be fine, you'll have a great day, and best wishes. Try to drink some hot tea while taking a long, hot bath!!!!!

Write down all the things to get done and check them off as you get them done. And anything you don't wann forget write also. But your matron of honor or best friend should be assisting. Have a glass of wine and watch your favorite movie or any movie with your best friend and relax. Good luck

A little brandy would help. But just a little. You don't want a hangover tomorrow. Congrats on your marriage. All the best to both of you.

Your favorite bubble bath,
Fill the tub,
Get a glass of wine....h*ll, take the bottle!
Take in in your cd player w/ you FAVE cd...whether it be r&b, punk, 80s, classical, country--whatever relaxes you.
Sink into the tub and just RELAX.......don't think about tomorrow, don't think about the "future"...reminiss about placed you've been, things you've done, the first time he said he loved you...and smile........tomorrow will be just fine....
