There are a couple of different reasons why your cat is urinating on your bed; it is either behavioural or medical. If I were you, I would first clean EVERY area that has come into contact with an enzymatic cleaner such as Nature's Miracle (great stuff!). If it continues, I would make a trip to the vet. There may be an underlying infection, renal failure, diabetes, etc.. that can be ruled out with a basic bloodworkup and an urinalysis. After that, it is likely to be behavioural. I would encourage you to look up behavioural urination online and see if his behaviour fits any of the descriptions. Good luck, its a terrible problem to have!!

The urine could have gotten into the mattress pad of the bed which causes the uric acid to sit in the mattress. It's something that will probably sit around for a while. The ammonia from the pee is proabably causing your cat to contiune peeing in that exact spot too. Getting rid of the cat pee smell is increddibly difficult. I might try flipping the mattress over and see if that helps.

i had a cat that did the same thing, no matter what i did he would not stop. I started spraying lemon and apple juice as cats do not like citris smells. this did stop him for about a week or so. eventually he started doing it again, i kept putting towels over and under the covers and he still kept doing it. in the end i was so exhausted of having to clean and scrub my bed every night i had to just get rid of him. we didnt have a door on our bedroom so we couldnt stop him from going in there. if you have a door i suggest that you dont let him in or try and get a baby gate to stop him from going in your bedroom

You could try making the surface of the bed undesireable. We used a new plastic shower curtain laid over the quilt when we weren't in the bed, this kept ours from doing anything on it.

clean and deoderize your matress and bedding and spray a bit of bitter apple on the sheets,
my cat took to using my paint clothes to piss in for a spell...if i didn't love her so i'd have choked her. but we survived it,
don't know why they do those things though.
