I think both men and women in law enforcement deserve are support and appreciation. They put up with a lot and for the most part do so in a professional and respectful manner.

I'll agree there are a lot of women police officers who want to prove something, but at the same time, there are also guys with the same problem. I would say the "worst" officer is ANY sex that feels the need to prove something, or who likes the "power" that comes with being a police officer. Guy or girl, it doesn't matter.

Hmm...I really am wondering why you are so concerned whether it is a female/male cop and which is considered the worst of the two choices. It depends entirely upon the situation you find yourself in...females(of which I am one)can be more understanding, sympathetic and therefore misleading as they can go the other way just as quickly. I do think that some feel that 'they' have something to prove, but you are either a good cop or not, you are either a jerk or not, it is the same everywhere. I know male cops that are just as understanding as females, and sometimes more so. So what does your question prove...absolutely nothing. People are what they are in any given situation. People are grumpy when they deal with smart asses all day and you come along wanting to know why 'they' aren't out after real criminals, or why can't you get that damn dog/ screaming stopped? Yeah, well...why don't you get the damn dog to shut up! Think about it...why is "ok" for everyone but cops to drive to a Dunkin Donuts for coffee? I haven't seen a cop ever eat a donut, but bagels and muffins are hot right now. Unless someone is brewing Gevalia coffee at work(wait...let me finish laughing)they have got to go somewhere for a decent cup of coffee. I think you just don't like cops....that's ok...I think our gals' n' guys in blue deserve better kudos than your question does.

I don't understand what on earth this question is about?

Do you hate the Police service? Why? Worst at what?... their job? How would you know?

Let me guess you were told off by a female officer and didn't like it?? Well, it's time to brush that chip off your shoulder and move on

Why is your question specific to the police? You could phrase your question to any profession

In anycase I think that you are wrong. Women police officers have nothing to prove. So in relation to your question it all depends on the specific person you come accross....... just like any other profession (and not specific to the police).

No you're not a misogynist, but from your post, I gather you were beaten up by girls when you were a little boy!

Men and women of law enforcement don't have anything to prove to anyone. If you don't listen to them when they told you to stand still and you continue to resist arrest. You get's what's coming to you!

I for one support the police.

There handcuffs are probably new. The longer you placed on them the extra gentle they're going to replace into. or maybe you ought to attempt and avert committing a criminal offense and the police, no remember male or lady, will provide up putting you into handcuffs.

Can't understand why any would be worse. When you've been shot/stabbed/robbed/burgled....and the Police help you, will you be slagging them off then?? I can only assumed you've been arrested many times and have something agaisnt the Police.

Well that's just a crappy generalization and stereotype made by somebody with the intellect of a five year old. Neither are "worse" because they're all better than some snot nosed little idiot like yourself who's just jealous because you can't measure up to any of them.
