What kind of help do you need? If it's merely directions there will be plenty of people to ask. And airports do have good signs directing people where to go. If you need physical assistance to get around, that is available also. Wheelchairs are available upon request, also electric carts if you're not able to walk without assistance. When in doubt, call your airline and ask what type of assistance they offer.

If you ask someone that works there. But actually, once u get off a plane, just follow the other people. If you're just going into the airport, u can ask people that work there for instructions.

Most airports have really good signs. Just look at the signs and they'll tell you where to go.

yes, just ask someone who works there, however if you are in JFK New York forget about it, you are on your own, took me an hour to find someone to help me, I loathe that airport and will go out of my way to never travel through there again!
