Third Question: How do you know a psychic is calling "dark" spirits? You are not them? So, how do you know?

They may be calling upon Jesus/God in order to help others? Wouldn't that be okay? I agree there can be charlatans...but there can be truly good other psychics? Agree?

If the Old Testament prophets were alive today, going about fortelling future events as they did in the Bible, chances are they would be thought to be either evil or crazy!----- The term psychic applies perfectly to what the prophets and even Jesus were capable of in the Bible......but we live in a time when a prophet or psychic will be looked upon with suspicion.--- Even if they say openly that their gift is from God, people (usually from mainstream religions) won't accept what they say. They will see evil in it....why? I don't know. But it's a shame, isn't it?

Personally, I look upon these gifts as blessings. Regardless of the faith. I know that there is bad around, but i believe in the Ultimate Goodness of all.
There are always going to be those who prey on the weakness of others and try to gain from despair and heartache. Unfortuantely, we can do nothing about that.
What we can do is try to educate others and keep our own motives pure.
And how can anyone who preaches
"Judge not lest ye be judged"
make accusations of others for practicing "black arts"?

There are to many willing to pay attention to all of the negativity and not concentrate on the inherent goodness and grace that we all have simply by existing.

Psychics do not call on"dark spirits" but they are themselves deceived by Satan. They are actually contacting "evil spirits" who are used in their deceptive plots against psychics and the very people who go to them for counsel. God calls this act abdominal sin and in the Old Testament suffered those who practice such were commanded to be put to death. Do you think God has Changed? No, they will reap what they sow in divine judgment as well as those who also "Channel" spirit guides. Shouldn't people come to the living God who has already given us all things through Christ and is now preparing us a place with him there to rule and reign with him as kings? No, I strongly disagree with your question..

I'm all mind befuddled by Satan, as has been pointed out. But if I were in the business of calling spirits, I'd definitely believe they weren't dark.

However, the experts who've never had anything to do with such things now have me straight. They know what I do, whereas I don't know what I do.
