find a time when you know he has nothng going on. or offer to go with himto do whatever it is he is doing that keeps him from being able to make the date. THen it's kind of like a date in it'self.

Next time he calls or wants to see you say you gotta go other plans. No other information needed. If he likes and wants to keep you that date will happen real soon.
You sure you really want someone so selfish? It is all about him. What about you? Personally, I'd dump him
Saying Oh Jim those promised dates never materialized. I am moving on to date... you know actual dates with someone who wants to spend time with me. Don't ever call me again and good luck to ya. Bye.
Then smile because you just got your respect and self
esteem back and then move on. Best wishes

an important part or having a date is setting a date for example say that you will do something at Friday at 8 pm and then do it you have to take into account if the cancellation are ligament reasons. He should be willing to consider what is more important you or his other plans

Uh oh it sounds like the relationship is going downhill. I can't really judge that fully but what you're saying is definintely one of the first few signs. But I guess if you love the guy, problems are worth working through. For one thing, dates don't always have to mean dressing up and going somewhere nice. You can show up at his house when you know he's not necessarily doing anything, dressed to impress of course, and bring the date to him. If he's not willing for the extra effort, bring it upon him yourself.

Create a date when you guys r going to go out and if he cacels then tell him your still going with or without him. Tell him your fed up with his cacelations and wont let him get you down as hes done this to many times for you to give up something you have planned anymore then follow through with your date as if he was going like get ready put on your face and really make the effort and when he see's you looking fab he will regret hes not going.

Like many people said, it unfortunately sounds like he is playing you. If you really have a problem with it, try talking to him and ask for the real reason why dates aren't that important to him anymore. If they truly mean something to you, maybe that will rub off on him. You never know!

You don't have to make plans way ahead of time, just go out. If he comes up with an excuse at that time not to go out ask him what the real reason is that he doesn't want to go out. Or you can do the age-old thing and hold out until you go out

Take yourself out. Go out to lunch with a girlfriend. Treat yourself out without him, get going. Either he will come around or he won't. Of course I don't care to go but when I do go out with the girlfriends I have the greatest fun. Next time he cancel you don't. If you keep staying at home because he does, then you will become me, EXCEPT I enjoy it.

Go out w/someone else because it seems he isn't interested. If he is and you do go out w/someone else, it may peek his interest and you may end up going out w/him. But stop and think about it...is that something you really want after he blows you off all the time? Good luck
