I have egg for breakfast, lunch is mostly salad with some protein, and dinner is veggies and protein. Plenty of water all day. Snacks are veggies.

Stay in shape, and eat well, just drop 100 calories out of your meal plan. Or, just expand your exercise plan by 10-15 mins.

What you're doing already is great, so just modify it a little bit to get your results.

South Beach Diet or the Sonoma Diet are both really good and have great recipes. I had good luck losing a few pounds with both plans.
