I have heard of this and have tried it. You are supposed to take it with water before a meal and it's supposed to curb your appetite. I don't remember how much I took. I do remember the taste was AWFUL. And I don't know if it helped. I was excited to find apple cider vinegar pills at a health food store. I've been taking one of those and also a garlic pill with a glass of water before lunch and supper. I read that garlic was supposed to help as well. I can't say it is helping much. I seem to be lacking the will power to eat well. But that's another story... Try the vinegar pills...it certainly can't hurt.
Good luck.

Yes, apple cider vinegar can aid weight loss. 1 tablespoon a day on salad or other vegtable dish. Use with caution because vinegar can cause gastric problems and low blood count making one more prone to infections when taken for prolonged period of time.

I started drinking it about 5 days ago. I have 2 tablespoons with about 3/4 cups of orange juice after each meal. I use it to help with my digestion which has helped greatly. I have not experience any bloating after eating which I always did. It has also helped with my bowel movement which I am back to a daily schedule. I just use the the brand from my local store but I will look into GNC or Mothers once this bottle is gone.

Best of luck !

P.S. I use a straw because I don't want all the acid on my teeth. Also, no change in my eating habits.

Yes, I use it and I think it helps a lot. It also makes your skin look great. I do prefer taking the pills to drinking it - it's just easier. If you do drink it, remember to only use organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the "Mother" that you get from the health food store. The regular distilled vinegars like Heinz are not real and they are made from coal tar.

A girl that I work with swears by it... I think she takes it twice a day. One tablespoon with a little honey in hot water. I took it a couple times... one tablespoon in about 4 ounces of OJ... didn't take it long enough to see if I lost any weight... my coworker has lost about 15 lbs in a couple months.
