I would suggest talking to your pediatrician or having your parents talk to him/her. A doctor would know more about this kind of thing than anyone on Yahoo! Answers (unless there are doctors on YA).

My, you are a long drink of water! You will be simply gorgeous at 120 (or even 5 or 10 pounds more) so you go ahead and drink those shakes. I don't think you will need to do specific ab or thigh workouts because of your anticipated weight gain. Instead, why don't you just get outdoors and take a brisk walk? Running is not as healthy for you since it is tough on the joints and will tend to burn too many calories -- two things you don't want to do as you HEALTHILY gain those pounds! Walking and even swimming are two wonderful exercises both physically and mentally. Once you return to school in September I'm certain that eating sensibly and participating in some physical activities at school that you enjoy will keep you toned and fit. Stay healthy!

Yes, gaining weight from lifting weights is good, muscle weight as opposed to weight from fat. And yes, continue to run because it is good for the body. Youc an go to a gym and ask a trainer to help get you on a good lifting routine. Also, protein shakes are fine, but make sure you are working out before you drink them-to repalce what you lost.

The first thing is you need to be sure that you are no longer anorexic. If you are ok, you have to take in some carbs. the body can not function on protein only. If you don't, you will have no energy.

don't worry about not running/exercising. if you eat right then your body will correct itself =D

try eating before and after you run. that way you don't lose the carbs you need to gain weight. aslo try weight lifting to get more muscle mass! join a gym or get a trainer =D they can help you alot more than yahoo answers =P

well you gotta get back to eating normal...then do some abs and some single leg squats and run your little butt off to get back into shape with less than a month until the season...
