The issue is about people who have no skills and are stuck in poverty crossing the borders and coming into this country. I mean all the Latin American country's like Mexico are doing is exporting their poverty to the U.S. so we have to deal with it and is does not hurt their economy. I feel for these people, but at the same time hate them. So your idea is not bad but it is not the well off that are causing the immigration problems, it is the poor. Who come here in droves, supported by their home country's.
