should it be obtainable if i walk around 1-2 miles each day and eat a healthy diet to lose five pounds by around a month or 3 weeks? i am 5 1"-2"

Yes. Try "waist-centric" walking. Hold your belly in while walking. Go at a good pace. Drink enough water. Stretch before and after. Walking longer (45 minutes) rather than running a short period actually burns more fat calories according to Shape, Prevention, Fox News and my super healthy former pro athlete Daddy. Also, 4 walks of 10 minutes is just as effective as 40 straight minutes according to my Daddy again and my Weight Watchers leader.
