If you are interested in learning what the meanings are in the Jewish Torah, according to Judaism rather than the usual Christian misinterpretations of it, you can find out very easily.

The New Testament of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is as true as the Old Testament.
The Unites States of America is filled with people who believe the New Testament is the true story of our resurrected Lord.
Who rolled away the stone?
The angel did or God simply could have spoke and it rolled away.
God had a thousand ways to roll away the stone.
Jesus was not afraid of anyone or anything.
Jesus didn't disguise himself as a gardener, Mary mistook him for the gardener.
I saw your web page, and none of it is true and can be easily refuted.

The Old Testament was taken place b4 Jesus came to Earth, although some things still apply to how we should live our lives. The New Testament was taken place during and after Jesus came to Earth. Things changed in the New Testament, which shows more of how we should live today. (at least that's how I take it)
But the whole Bible is true and we all need to believe in both..
Good Luck

The Old Testament and the New compliment one another. They go together. The Old is prefigurement of the New. St. Augustine even said the New Testament is hidden in the Old and the Old Testament is revealed in the New. They are to be read together.

There is no OT versus NT. It is all about Christ. Every bit of it. If you cannot see that, you are missing the whole point of the Bible. Everything from the fall of man in Genesis, points to the coming of the Messiah. The Savior, that can reconcile man and God once more, that can undo the price of sin that Adam and Eve brought upon man, that can take the sins of the world upon Himself. Christ, that conquered sin, hell, and death. Christ, that will restore the world as God intended it to be. There is no OT vs. NT. It is ALL the Testament of God. Wake up.

The old testament was law and came by Moses; the new testament is grace and truth through Jesus Christ. No comparison. Old is good for showing us what a good deal the new is. God loves us and does not judge us; He does chastise us though.

i think the new testament seems to go into more detail then the old. but the again yes the old testament seems alot more logical. it depends on the persons own personality, norms and values as to whether which one to believe in.

There is truth to be found in the Bible but it is derivative at best. Anyone wanting to know more about the truths revealed by the books of Moses might want to read the "Earth Chronicles" by Zecharia Sitchin. The earlier books are better than later ones, both with the bible and with Sitchin.

The Old Testament attains its full meaning and fulfillment in the New Testament and in turn sheds light upon the New Testament and allows it to be understood more fully. The New Testament in turn fulfils the Old Testament because it reveals the final Word of God, promised to Israel, Jesus Christ. (Hebrews 1,2)

Peace and every blessing!

I love the old testement, which is mostly stories of people who had nothing to believe in but faith that a messiah was coming. These people were willing to lay thier lives down for that belief. Read Dainel chapter 3, what a wonderful book Daniel is, thats my favorite book in the bible, it tells of three men that was willing to die, rather than worship images the king had set up for them to worship. What a story of some strong faith in something that they had never seen, and of something that had yet to come. the new testement talks of after the messiah came and died, now we have something that has happened, and we have to have faith in what was. Believe in God. I told someone one time that was bashing me for my belief in God that I would rather die believing and find out that there was not God, than to die not believeing and find out that there really was one. think about that one.
