if your going runnig after dinner skip the cereal. eat oatmeal, rice,yams,ec.. this will give you energy and most of it will be used while your running.

Check out the serving size on the box. Either 1 cup or 1/2 cup usually.

Good luck.

PS: Try atleast 2% milk, if not skim!

If you are trying to lose weight, you need to reduce your caloric intake. Therefore look at the calories per serving size and calculate how much you are taking in. Don't forget to include the milk in the calculation. Also the serving sizes are rediculously small... I mean who eats 1 cup of cereal?

Don't forget to make sure healthy food and EXERCISE are part of your plan...

Good Luck!

Try to get used to regular portions. So, follow the portion size on the side of the box. If you're still hungry, walk around the block before giving in to your cravings. If you're STILL hungry, drink a glass of water and then if you must, have the 2nd portion. Best wishes!
