The biblical creation story is of course fiction, as anyone who examines the science can readily see. This is only one of numerous errors in the book of Genesis.

How many other species other than the dinosaur have also gone extinct...even in the past 100 to 200 years? Remember the Dodo bird?
Dinosaurs do not have to be millions of years old because they are now extinct. And it has been proven, scientifically, the limits of carbon dating. It cannot date an object back to millions of years. There is no known scientific process to accurately date anything that far back. It is done by speculation only.
We really have no idea how far back in time there were dinosaurs. They could have been here only a few thousand years ago. And we have had species go extinct on a regular basis ever since.
P.S. I just thought I would leave this debate on this final note. Observing your continual use of a certain word indicates to me you had no intention of an intelligent exchange of ideas, but rather wanted only to attack religion. I'm finished here and may God bless and open your eyes.

If I were an atheist, I'd have a drink at this point.
The bible is not a science textbook, a chevrolet owners manual or a Betty Crocker Cookbook.
It is the inspired and revealed word of God containing the chief truths necessary for the salvation of man. Period. Dinosaurs were not around when man lived, therefore the mention of them would be unnecessary. Dinosaurs will not help you to heaven or keep you from it. So what is the purpose to wonder why they are not included?
The prose of genesis is about as clear as the imagery of the Apocrypha.
I also think if you ask a question, take the answers, you ingnorant foul-mouthed little toad.

The word "dinosaur" is a word coined in modern times.
The Bible includes descriptions of animals that could only be classified as what we would term dinosaurs. The Books of Job, Psalms, Isaiah, and many others refer to them as Leviathan, Behemoth, and Dragons. With the descriptions given, these would be the dinosaurs of Biblical times.
6 days of creation? Well, if a deity was unable to do the impossible, then he wouldn't be much of a deity, would he? That he does the impossible (miraculous) makes him worthy of adoration and praise, honor and respect.
Truth is, all we know about creation is what is recorded in the Bible, and what we can see through science. The Bible just is what it is, a recoding of events.
Science, however, is whatever evolutionary scientists want to make it. That means that science is suspect, not the Bible. It's interesting that the Bible supports good science, but most scientists want to deny the Bible.

God did not make the Ark big enough for the Dinosaurs because he knew they would not all fit and the world after the flood would not support the vegetation they would require to live after the flood. Look how much whales and Elephants eat and Dinosaurs would put them to shame to support their weight. Bibles does state plainly a day in Heaven is LIKE a thousand years, BUT for your crappy information there is a world that exist outside of time and space called eternity that exist in another deminsion, now this world of TIME and Space was created so that evil men could not enter Heaven. So do you not wise to try and understand eternity by looking at TIME.
The Bible does have Dragons and unicorns in it; Numbers 23:22 God brought them out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn. Job 39:9 Will the unicorn be willing to serve thee, or abide by thy crib? Psalm 22:21 Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.
Deuteronomy 32:33 Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps.Job 30:29 I am a brother to dragons, and a companion to owls. Psalm 91:13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. Psalm 148:7 Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps: Isaiah 27:1 In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.Revelation 12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.Revelation 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

Well, your problem is that you're functioning with the thought that there is no God.
Since God is omni-everything, what could keep him from creating a world in 6 days?
Secondly, can you present proof that the Bible has been updated through the years, because I think you'll have a hard time pulling that one.
*edit*
What are you talking about that you don't believe in God, but you're not saying that he's not real? That's the most inconsistent thing you could possibly say.

The time frame given in the bible doesn't refer to an actual day, its talking about the order in-witch it was done. example
the 1st day=first step. Nowhere in the bible does it say how old the earth is it just tells us how long ago Adam and eve were kicked out. The earth could have been in existence for millions of years before god created Adam and eve.

Well, aren't we just full of ourself today?
God transcends time itself, and His word says that "a day is as a thousand years with God, and a thousand years is as a day."
The reason the dinosaurs are not mentioned in the Bible? Because the Bible is about Jesus Christ, and how salvation may be obtained through Him. In that respect, dinosaurs are not important.
Their bones are proof that they once existed. Perhaps God wiped them out to get the world ready to start fresh, and create things for the age of man, created in His image.

OK, GOD is so perfect in his creating..WHY? is the world in chaos? something happen.
some preachers anointed by GOD..have given a few things of insight...which you would not understand..at this time.
but..the earth is older.
when GOD 'set a time'...that is for us.
before 'time' there was life on earth..as noted.
and all of it was suddenly destroyed.
satan is known as a destroyer. so we're pointing finger toward satan's fall to the earth..when casted out and down to the earth.
and the earth was covered with water..(remeber..demons in the 2 men enter into 2000 pigs..who drowned..when a flesh dies..the spirit move on..so..them demons got release again.
when folks are under water..the demons spirit disconnect from the soul....SO?? off topic a bit.. is this why Katrina (it's has it's hidden meaning in the name) sancified New Orleans of it plague of demons works?
anyway... there was perfection..when GOD created.
and oddly...there was chaos.. in the beginning of TIME..for adam the first man IN GOD's IMAGE & Likeness to RULE the earth..vs...satan..who destroyed it.....so them species that similar to man..WAS NOT the image and likeness of GOD....they were beast....we are man in GOD light/spirit/love/truth/goodness.. is the real man..of GOD.
then came..the fall...by the works of satan..telling a lie..eve was decieved...adam was passive..and spirituality of likeness of GOD within adam..cause the fall..eve had the spirituallity from adam..(offspring from the rib). said enough. so much connectivity to one question..to prove the intergrity of GOD's ways of doing things.

Ever admired colorful fireworks any festive evening ? Noticed any, where the lights take a perfectly global shape, due to the fragments radiating from the core...well, taking it from there..imagine the sky full of innumerable such displays, our sun being the core of one , the earth would then be one of the spots of light.surrounding it.... and if, instead of burning out in seconds as usual
( we will only take a little longer) ... all the spots of light formed by the burning compounds began circling around the core, spinning like tops due to the geo-gravitational pull, losing chunks of their own on account of the potter's wheel effect on unstable mass, chunks that then began to orbit them for similar reasons ..(Asteroids, meteors, being masses that escaped. ). one can appreciate how over time, these masses rounded (?) to form the planets and their orbiting moons and due to the chemical reactions of their various components, clouds, solids, liquids, were formed... on some planets liquids we consider acids accumulated, whereas on earth, water...at various heights and depts ...in pools and ponds, and puddles and droplets or oceans, of jelly-like viscosity (?) and ..then an asteroid hit setting off an electrical charge resulting in unicellular nucleur pods squirming like bacteria in a petri(?)dish
....and ending up with bark or bristles, feathers, scales or shells, depending on where the organisms were located at inception. So with fins, paws or fingers....

Yes, you are right to assume that men lived with dinosaurs and that the Earth is young. What don't you understand?
I am so sad you think we have terrible arguments. I am crying right now.
