Alright since you want some examples:
How about an inefficient endocrine sweat system that is wasteful of salt and water, especially in hot environments.
How about an abdomen prone to hernias with muscles trying to hold our intestines in instead of how the ribcage works for quadrepedal species. If we were intelligently designed shouldn’t the bipedal animal have a ribcage that fully encloses the weight bearing side of its anatomy?
How come this same change in weight distribution has caused equivalent problems in our back where humans are extremely prone to back problems whereas quadrepedal species distribute the weight across the full length of their spine and rarely if ever have back problems.

Just a hunch, but maybe the designer was retarded? Or maybe we were not designed as Christians predict and were actually formed via evolution... Take your pick

As it would if intelligent design was indeed a true theory and actually applied to all things present in the real world and not just humans.
Well then, I guess that evolution, is once again left as the only contending theory given the empiricle evidence that has so far presented itself when actually using science.

You are working on a computer - humans designed it. Pretty intelligent. Had surgery lately? Driven a car? Turned on the lights? Opened the fridge? Turned on the stove? Flown in an airplane? Watched the space shuttle? What about humans is unintelligent? We are a mass of redundant systems - parts of the brain have backups in case of failure - we can live with one kidney, one lung, one hand, one leg, part of a heart (human-designed mechanicals can do most of the work) - we have two ears, two eyes, only one mouth (praise God) - and you think we were "not designed very intelligently"?
As you can see, I would tend to disagree.

You need an example.
Luckily I'll provide one for you. Does anyone ever wonder why the intelligent creator decided to the windpipe and the food pipe so close together. When swallowing food it impedes your breathing and people can choke to death if they are not careful when eating.

Yet all technology and advancements that we know of were created by this poorly designed being? I would say the perfect design of God was corrupted by our sinful and rebellious nature.
Unlike any other being in creation, human beings were designed to be creative thinkers, with the ability to choose right or wrong.
Human beings are sentient.
Human beings are spiritual.
Human beings love.
Human beings were designed perfectly by God, and through our rebellion, are now in a fallen and imperfect state....affected by a fallen and imperfect world in which we live. All creation is flawed and there is no perfection on this earth. God is perfect and makes us perfect through faith in Jesus Christ. When we die and no longer are bound to this earthly life those who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior will have new "perfect" bodies, as they were designed to be before the fall of man.

It isn't, of course. Evolution assembles components that work well enough to survive; it does not demand that the assemblage be optimal from an engineering point of view.

Are you nuts? We are so intelignetly designed they are still discovering things about our body that baffle them!!!. Do you know how many intircate machines we have in our bodies!!!
OHhhhhh, do you mean that evolution messed up?!? Certainly you don't mean that? 'Cause blobs of bacteria wOULD be able to grow into finer human beings than us!!
