The Bengals have been around long enough for Bengal rescue groups to have formed, so you can get a Bengal from either the breeders or a rescue group. Just Google your state and 'bengal rescue'.
The Savannas are too new, you're likely only able to get one from a breeder and they'll be several hundred dollars even for a pet quality one. These don't end up in animal shelters because the breeders want them back if the home they adopt out to doesn't want them after a time.

Yeah, there are plenty of breeders on the internet.
Look up Toygers.
Some genius is breeding cats to look like tigers. AMAZING cats.
