she accuses me of leaving equipment at clients house when its both our responsabilities. Monday she accused me hacking into the school website to get her 10 yr old daughters information. I have no user id or password to do that im not a school employee. All i did was ask her if she wanted the school supply list printed off the school website. well after all the abuse i kicked her out of my car . I give her rides to work, rides to get her kids, rides home and she hasnt given me gas money in 2 months. Its policy you have to have a car to work for this company and she doesnt have one so she mooches off of me. Was I wrong for doing this? And I am more than likely going to see her at work tomorrow since we work together. She also has scratched and dented my new car loading equipment into it

Some folks you give an inch to and they push until you push back. Your coworker has taken advantage of your good nature and your employer is wrong for not giving you another assignment if possible. You have no obligation to this person and she will never learn any good graces if you continue to help her when she is so rude to you.
Kindly tell her you can't give her a lift anymore. If she makes it to work keep conversation to work issues only. Most of us spend so much time at work we get too friendly with coworkers and boundaries are crossed. Set boundaries from now on and only help those who appreciate you for the decent and gracious person you are.

Wow, tale of my existence :-) My daughter is 3 additionally and we've been combating a similar element. Even after being in outing and so on. it nevertheless contuines! Im uncertain what we do or how we do it, yet she has began to calm down. Ive observed that as quickly as she starts yelling or throwing a tantrum out of no the place, I fairly in simple terms forget approximately that. by me no longer listening there's no element in her kicking around - she often stops plenty speedier than if i'm combating along with her approximately it. As for each little thing else? while she says no and talks decrease back I in simple terms tell her that it makes me unhappy while she talks to me like that - cheesy, whether it works! Sorry, i understand that suggestion exchange into extremely plenty valueless. stable success! P.S. Congrats on #2!!

Somethings you have to know when your being used , by a person , Maybe you will see her , if she gets some one to bring her in. I would be cordial but don't give her an invitation for a ride, or volunteer to do anything special for her. It's her place to provided her own way , and it was not a priority of hers to see that you were compensated for your kindness, and she chose not to.

Maybe you can ask if you could clean with someone else? Tell your manager that there is a difference in personalities and you want to switch around. Then let her find her own way to work. She sounds annoying and there is way too much drama there. Good luck.

you may have to work with her, however you are not obligated to give her a ride, you are not obligated to have a relationship of any kind with her. The only work obligation you have is to be cordial and polite at work, that is it.
However I would guard your personal space, and avoid relationship, sounds like some serious maturity issues.

No you were not wrong to refuse to give her any more rides. She sounds like a very needy person who needs to feel better about her self so she treats everyone else like this.

Stop doing her favors and keep the relationship strictly professional. Be polite and courteous, but unavailable to giver her and her kids rides, keep conversations about work.

employment in this country is "at will". start looking for another job, when you find it, give proper notice and enjoy your last days of abuse. there are givers and takers in this world, and hopefully, you'll recognize the next "taker" before you offer any favors. chalk this one up as education.

Tell her to find another way to work and I bet if you say your piece to her she'll get off of your case.
