Amen SkiDawg. Having been both also, I agree.
I don't bash Catholic or Mormons (As my entire family is Catholic, and I still have many Mormon aquaintances), rather I bash Catholicism and Mormonism for being the intolerant, corrupt, deceitful, and down right INCORRECT schools of thoughts that they are.

Catholic bashing hour is every hour on the hour in this section.
Peace and blessings!
Edit: Pastor Art:
What the Pope said was a statement of fact not an irresponsible allegation.
Matt. 16:19 - for Jesus to give Peter and the apostles, mere human beings, the authority to bind in heaven what they bound on earth requires infallibility. This is a gift of the Holy Spirit and has nothing to do with the holiness of the person receiving the gift.
Matt. 28:20 - Jesus promises that He will be with the Church always. Jesus' presence in the Church assures infallible teaching on faith and morals. With Jesus present, we can never be deceived.
Mark 8:33 - non-Catholics sometimes use this verse to down play Peter's authority. This does not make sense. In this verse, Jesus rebukes Peter to show the import of His Messianic role as the Savior of humanity. Moreover, at this point, Peter was not yet the Pope with the keys, and Jesus did not rebuke Peter for his teaching. Jesus rebuked Peter for his lack of understanding.
Luke 10:16 - whoever hears you, hears me. Whoever rejects you, rejects me. Jesus is very clear that the bishops of the Church speak with Christ's infallible authority.
As I told you before, you should read the Bible with an open heart and an open mind. That is how I discovered which one is the true Church. If you look at my profile I used to be a Protestant.

Let's see the Pope gets on TV and says that the Roman Catholic Church is the only true religion.
What do you call that? A Catholic bashing the rest of the Christians in the world who only follow Jesus and God's Word the Bible?
And then there is Joseph Smith who declared about 1830 that all churches at that time were Apostate and he had been appointed to restore the church?
What do you call that?
I call it Smith bashing everyone else just like the Pope.
The truth is that the only thing Roman Catholics and Mormons agree on is that they both ignore the Bible, God's Word, in favor of their own traditions and man made teaching.

People need to learn tolerance and acceptance. I may not agree with all religions but I don't bash anybody.

Why do people bash each other should be the question? Cannot we grow up and live in a tolerant society?

When I first read that question I thought it said,
"Is this catholic bashing hour or "moron" bashing hour?" LOL
And then I thought to myself, "Those that bash Catholics ARE morons."
