blowing a raspberry means you don't like that thing or peson same with sticking your tongue out at them or thing. But somethings when you stick your tongue out at someone you are flirting or just being silly

It means that you don't like something. I do it when I have a big test or one of my friends says something about school. I use 'the raspberry' to poke fun also.
