do you know how to make an icon using a video?

i have a 2 seconds video, and i want to make an icon of it. can someone tell me where i can go and make one?

I'm not sure if you can do it for free anywhere, but if you purchase Ulead GIF Animation software, you can convert video into a GIF, and use the GIF as an icon. I have one in the pictures of my myspace profile -- myspace.com/anthonyspears

icon as in an animated picture well i use this handy software called Video Avatar really simple to use you just load your videos and convert them to GIF
