I looked at WalMart and Kroger but could not find any shampoo specifically that says for oily hair.

Interesting...look for one instead that says for fine or thin hair. These kinds of shampoos often have ingredients in them that add body and keep oil from building up, since that is the porblem that most people with fine/thin hair have. Good luck! :)
