If she bites you, tap her lightly on the nose and tell her "no" very firmly.

Do the same when she scratches. But, one way I make sure my cats never scratch me, is to keep their claws trimmed. Ask a friend with cats or the vet to teach you how to do this properly so you don't cut them.

When it attacks your foot, pick the kitten up, don't cuddle, place it firmly on the floor away from you. As it grows, it will learn that attacking humans is not rewarded.

Give it toys to play with instead of your foot....a plush mouse on a string is a great toy - you can sit on the sofa and tweak the string everytime kitten gets close! Reward it for mauling the toy with cuddles and praise.

I know this sounds a bit like training a dog, but it worked well with my two cats...now if they are in play-mode, they go to attack my hand when being tickled on the chest...but instantly stop themselves when they realise it's me.

Yeah that is what kittens do, some more than others. training cats (beyond potty rules which they are good at) is like teaching a pig to smoke. It takes a long time and never really works.

You can declw a cat (not you, but a vet) if it is going to live ONLY indoors ALWAYS. I think it is mutilation though and many vets won't do it anymore. But some do and some people have it done.

I'd just get used to it.

Kittens spend a LOT of time playing with each other practicing skills and developing their muscles. With no other playmates around it's YOU she's going to be doing this with. She needs to blow off steam with toys instead of your body parts.

Plus kittens don't have a lot of control over their claws yet--expect to be scratched up for a few months. Every kitten I took in left me with scratches I had to wear long sleeves over for work (except for the cat owners who understood, I had to explain it all too often).

Go to your nearest pet store and buy some toys... and get some treats... Enforce the kitty toys while they are young and it usually works wonders... Give the treats when your happy with em. Kittens will usually scratch though... Good luck ... Hope this helps you
